Am I too old for this? I'm in my 70s. +
No. Age isn't the disqualifier — health status is. We routinely place implants for patients in their late 60s, 70s, and 80s. What matters is bone density, overall health, and whether sedation is safe for you (which we screen for during the free consultation). The oldest All-on-X patient placed in this office was 82.
I've been told I don't have enough bone for implants. +
That's the most common reason patients are turned away — and one of the reasons people come to us. Dr. Greyf holds patents in bone grafting techniques and works with the Yomi robotic system, which together let us place implants successfully in patients other practices have rejected. The free 3D scan tells us exactly what's possible for your bone — no guessing.
Does "new teeth in one day" really mean one day? +
Yes — for qualifying patients. You arrive in the morning. Implants are placed under sedation. A beautiful temporary bridge is fitted the same day so you walk out with teeth. The final permanent zirconia bridge is then milled in our in-house lab and placed a few months later, after the implants integrate fully with your bone. Most "same-day" claims elsewhere don't include the in-house lab — that's why ours can.
What's the difference between snap-on and fixed? +
All-on-X Gold ($12,900) is a snap-on bridge anchored to four implants. It's stable, doesn't slip, and you don't need adhesive — but you can remove it for cleaning. All-on-X Platinum ($22,500) is a fixed zirconia bridge. It stays in your mouth permanently, just like natural teeth, and is cleaned the same way. We help you decide at the free consultation based on your jaw, gums, lifestyle, and budget.
How does the cost compare to staying with dentures? +
